Shipping Policy
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another with a tracking link when it ships.
Delivery time Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or because of carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received your tracking link within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us with your order number.
Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Lost or delayed orders If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it only before your order ships.
