Refund Policy

Damaged, defective or wrong item If your item arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.

Change of mind You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything so we can give you return instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
